Rosie’s Red-Hot Cantina has recently turned up the heat with a move from Wellington to Auckland (Viaduct & Takapuna), and now, there’s a new twist to the story.

Our Mount Maunganui sister venue, Roxie’s, has officially hopped on board the Rosie's wagon, andwe’re renaming her to Rosie’s Red-Hot Cantina! That’s right – what started as two sisters is now one united, unstoppable family of four.

But don’t worry – the Cali-Mex flavours, electric atmosphere, and lively good times you know and love aren’t going anywhere. You’ll still find the same epic tacos and notorious frozen margaritas, showcasing the best of California’s vibrant coast and LA’s street scene – a new name, but the same iconic flair.

Why the change? We wanted to bring all our cantinas under the same name, so whether you're catching a DJ and hitting the dance floor in Auckland, sipping an ice-cold bev on the Wellington waterfront, or chowing down on our monster nachos in Mount Maunganui, you’ll always feel like part of the Rosie’s crew.

So, here’s to Rosie’s Red-Hot Cantina – and all four flaming-hot locations – bringing youCali-Mex vibes from lunchtime to late, across the North Island!
